How early should we begin planning?
Timing depends on the venue, guest count, island, permits and production complexity. Beginning early creates the best access to locations, partners and custom options, but experienced producers can also assess time-sensitive events realistically.
Can one team coordinate the complete event?
Yes. Waikiki Events is designed around coordinated planning, production, design, florals, fabrication, catering, entertainment and staffing, with the final scope confirmed in writing for each event.
Do you produce events outside Waikīkī and Honolulu?
